The Czech Republic Global Clubfoot Training Level 1 course introduces healthcare professionals to the core principles and practical application of the Ponseti method, the gold standard treatment for idiopathic clubfoot.
The programme focuses on uncomplicated idiopathic pes equinovarus in children under two years of age and provides participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for effective treatment.
The training combines structured lectures, practical workshops, hands-on casting and manipulation training, and clinical demonstrations where possible.
This initiative supports the development of high-quality clubfoot care and a network of trained professionals across the region.

Course format
Pre-course Online Learning
Interactive online modules introducing the Ponseti method and key theoretical concepts.
Two-Day Face-to-Face Training
Lectures, demonstrations and hands-on practical sessions.
Post-Course Clinical Support
Participants will have access to ongoing mentoring and clinical support from experienced Ponseti practitioners.
Completion of both online and in-person components is required to complete the course.
